Job Title: Experienced Installer – Industrial, Fabric & Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings Location: Leduc (Travel Required) Job Type: Project Based Work (Projects are based on 70 hour work week: 7 days/week x 10 hour days) About the Role We are seeking skilled and experienced Installers to join our team specializing in industrial structures, fabric buildings, and pre-engineered steel building systems. This role involves hands-on installation, structural assembly, and working in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment across various project sites. Key Responsibilities Install and assemble pre-engineered steel buildings and fabric structures Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications Erect structural steel components, wall panels, and roofing systems Safely operate tools, equipment, and aerial work platforms Ensure alignment, leveling, and structural integrity of installations Work collaboratively with site supervisors, project managers, and crew members Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and site-specific procedures Travel to project sites as required Qualifications & Experience Minimum 3+ years of experience in steel building or fabric structure installation Experience with pre-engineered building systems (e.g., Butler, Varco Pruden, Behlen, etc.) is an asset Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Robust understanding of construction safety practices Valid Fall Protection, Aerial Work Platform, and First Aid certifications preferred Physically fit and able to work at heights and in various weather conditions Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive wages based on experience Opportunities for overtime Travel and accommodation (where applicable) A solid safety culture and supportive team environment Ongoing project work with reputable clients How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief summary of your relevant experience.
