The primary role of the Metal Working Machine Operator is to support the assembly and fabrication of products using sheet‑metal manipulation machinery. This position requires operating machining equipment, reading blueprints, and ensuring production quality while maintaining a safe working environment.Roles&Responsibilities

Fabricate piece parts as per schematic under a Team Lead/Supervisor/Senior Production Manager. Assemble piece parts into the final product. Read blueprints and program machining equipment to produce required parts. Operate metal‑working manipulation machinery (brake, shear, saw, punch, etc.).Familiarize with and request training on machining equipment. Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure proper working order, reporting malfunctions. Assist tradespeople and management with progress of projects in a safe manner. Organize and keep the department clean, including end‑of‑day housekeeping.Notify supervisors of any unsafe conditions, practices, or procedures. Move materials with forklift or overhead crane if trained and authorized. Perform all duties in accordance with Silent‑Aire safety program and applicable regulations. Other duties as required. Knowledge, Skills&Abilities

High‑school diploma or equivalent; additional education or apprenticeship preferable. Experience with safe manufacturing practices from raw materials to finished product. Proficiency with metal‑working manipulation machinery. Ability to read technical drawings and operate CNC or manual machine tools.Good manual dexterity and basic mechanical knowledge. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow inclusive safety procedures. Working Conditions

Commercial/industrial environment with manual tool use and potential hazards. Requires standing for extended periods; overtime may be required. Mandatory use of personal protective equipment. Work may involve moving heavy materials with forklift or crane. Contacts
