What Youll Do Precision Maintenance Inspect, diagnose, and perform minor repairs on constructiongrade tools and equipment - drills, grinders, generators, pressure washers, and more. Youll keep our gear safe, reliable, and jobready. Inventory Leadership Fulfill tool orders from request forms and calls, ensuring our field teams get exactly what they need, when they need it. Safety Stewardship Complete incoming and outgoing inspections. At Chandos, safety isnt a checkbox -its a core value. Logistics & Coordination Manage tool flow across warehouse zones and coordinate with external partners for specialized recertifications. Workspace Excellence Help maintain a clean, organized, and highly functional shop environment. Qualifications 2+ years maintaining/repairing tools in a tool rental shop, construction tool shop, equipment repair environment, or smallengine service setting . Technical Skill You can identify tool wear, troubleshoot issues, and perform basic repairs - handles, cords, blades, filters, switches, and similar components. The Gear You Know Comfort with cordless/corded drills, impact drivers, concrete hammers, grinders, pneumatic nailers, generators, air compressors, and plate compactors. Drivers License Valid Class 5 license with a clean abstract. Physical Capability Able to lift up to 80 lbs for 50 feet, climb ladders, and perform physical work in varied conditions.
