Production Supervisor Night Shift Position (Nisku)

Take charge as a Production Supervisor for Johnson Controls on weekday and weekend night shifts. Oversee a dedicated workforce to ensure production goals are met safely and successfully.

In this leadership role, youll supervise approximately 50-75 employees, including machine operators and assemblers, while managing production schedules and budgets. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and handle team dynamics to resolve production issues effectively. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining product quality through consultations with Quality staff and monitoring employee performance.

Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate production and operations staff • Ensure on-time completion of production schedules • Enforce safety and sanitation regulations throughout the team • Read and analyze production reports for improvement • Process and approve hourly timesheets and address exceptions

Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in production supervision • Knowledge of operations and inventory control management • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders • Familiarity with AOHS and Employment Standards Code
