Candidates must excel in reading complex blueprints, pipe fitting, and troubleshooting issues. Production targets of 150 factored diameter-inches fit up daily are a key focus, along with safe operation of overhead cranes and adherence to compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: - Perform accurate pipe layout and fitting for large projects - Read and interpret complex blueprints and drawings - Achieve high production targets of pipe fitting daily - Identify potential issues in drawings prior to fabrication - Conduct hydrotesting on completed spools Requirements: - CSTS 2020 and WHMIS 2015 certifications - Valid Driver's License (not GDL) - Journeyperson or Apprentice Pipefitter certification - Proven experience in fabrication shops - Strong skills in blueprint reading and troubleshooting Bring your expertise in pipe fitting and teamwork to Bird Nason, where quality and safety are paramount.
