Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the Scheduling Administrator is vital for the Scheduling, Design, and Accounting teams. You will manage inquiries, update essential documents, and work closely with the Scheduling Manager on production reports. Your role also includes updating customer information and ensuring all systems reflect the latest order statuses. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to various internal and external inquiries - Update and distribute reports and spreadsheets - Support administrators to facilitate departmental communication - Collaborate on bi-weekly production reports - Maintain up-to-date customer information throughout job processes Requirements: - Diploma in Project Management or similar field - At least 1 year of administrative experience - Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems - Satisfactory criminal record verification required - Preferred scheduling experience in construction or manufacturing Excel in organization and communication as a Scheduling Administrator at Star Building Materials.
