Machine Operator for Abrasive Production (Leduc)

Become an integral part of our team as a Production Associate responsible for operating machines and handling abrasive materials. Engage in packaging, material handling, and basic troubleshooting for a smooth production process. Reporting to the Production Manager, this critical role requires operating bagging machines, unloading product silos, and maintaining clean work areas. You will regularly lift bags weighing up to 55lbs, wrap final products, and complete necessary paperwork while ensuring compliance with all safety policies. Key Responsibilities: - Operate bagging machines to ensure accurate filling - Lift and handle bagged products weighing up to 55lbs - Unload and refill product silos efficiently - Perform basic troubleshooting on manufacturing machines - Wrap and label final skids as required Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent educational background - Ability to lift heavy bags consistently - Familiarity with basic machine operation and maintenance - Commitment to health and safety practices - Willingness to comply with company policies Support production efficiency and safety through hands-on experience as a Production Associate.
