Dental Administrator Camrose

We are looking to add a Dental Receptionist to our growing team. Our well established, busy and progressive office is looking for an energetic individual with positive communication skills. We offer competitive wages, uniform allowance, and a health spending account. Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30 - 4:30 & Friday 7:30 - 3. No evenings or weekends. Responsibilities - Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients - Verify insurance coverage and collect necessary information from patients - Maintain patient records and update electronic medical records (EMR) system - Assist with billing and insurance claims processing - Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed - Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns - Manage the front desk area and ensure it is clean and organized Skills - Administrative skills, including data entry, filing, and record keeping - Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) - Experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role within a dental or medical office setting is an asset, but not required - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced workplace - Solid attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information - Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle incoming calls professionally Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour Perks - Dental care - Extended health care - On-site parking Education Secondary School (preferred) Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2psbzj
