Bookkeeper - Part Time (Leduc)

Strategic Management Force Inc. is a growing bookkeeping office that is looking to add the right person to our team. We offer customized full cycle bookkeeping services to a wide variety of industries. This role requires someone who can successfully manage several clients at once while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization. Hours are flexible, the position will be part time 15-20 hours per week with the potential for more in the future. This is an in person, employee position only. Requirements: - Experience with full cycle bookkeeping including payroll, is required. This includes a solid understanding of accounting principles & preparing financial reports. - Strong communication skills (English), a keen eye for detail, and can follow procedures accurately. - CPB designation is considered an asset - Robust organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines while working independently are key. - Strong experience with: QuickBooks Online & QuickBooks Payroll - Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
