Project, Programs & Event Assistant (Lethbridge)

Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project, Programs & Event Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, programs, and events. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative coordination, event logistics, program implementation, and communication activities to ensure successful delivery of organizational initiatives. Responsibilities - Assist in planning and coordinating projects, programs, and events - Support scheduling, logistics, and administrative activities for meetings, workshops, and events - Help track project timelines, deliverables, and progress updates - Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and program documentation - Coordinate communication with participants, partners, vendors, and stakeholders - Support registration, attendance tracking, and event follow-up activities - Help organize materials, resources, and supplies for projects and events - Assist with outreach and promotional activities related to programs and events - Maintain accurate records and databases for ongoing projects and activities - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth implementation of organizational initiatives Requirement - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and within a team - Attention to detail and time management skills - Basic administrative and computer skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines - Skilled attitude and problem-solving mindset - Previous experience in project coordination, event support, administration, or program management is an asset but not mandatory Pay: From $15.00 per hour Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2naagk
