We are looking for a Design & Drafting Technician with a strong interest in millwork and interior detail to support the smooth delivery of our custom home projects. About the Role This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, design-minded, and enjoys creating buildable drawings that translate great design into real-world construction. You will support projects by drafting and producing detailed cabinetry, millwork and preliminary plan drawings. You will also help create realistic visuals and renderings to support client understanding and decision-making. What You’ll Be Doing - Drafting plans, elevations, sections, and details for custom residential projects. - Producing cabinetry, built-in, and interior architectural detail drawings. - Updating drawings based on approved selections, revisions, and confirmed site dimensions. - Supporting design clarity through renderings and visual presentations. - Keeping drawing files organized with strong version control and consistent standards. - Working closely with the Project Director and internal team to meet project deadlines. What We’re Looking For - Experience with CAD drafting (AutoCAD or equivalent). - Solid interest and ability in millwork, cabinetry, and interior detailing. - Comfortable producing accurate construction drawings for residential projects. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. - Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset. - Revit, 3D modeling, and rendering experience is an asset. - Experience using AI tools to generate realistic architectural visuals is an asset.
