Media & Content Specialist (Lethbridge)

Overview We are seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Media & Content Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support media, marketing, and promotional activities through content creation, campaign support, market research, and digital engagement. Responsibilities - Support marketing and media projects - Create and manage engaging digital content - Assist with social media and online promotional activities - Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends - Support campaign monitoring and reporting - Assist in developing strategies to improve marketing performance - Help organize workshops, meetings, events, and promotional activities - Work with marketing tools, software, and analytics platforms - Maintain records, reports, and marketing-related information - Collaborate with internal teams and partners on media and marketing initiatives Requirement - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing - Ability to create engaging online content - Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools is an asset - Valuable organizational and multitasking abilities - Attention to detail and creativity - Willingness to learn marketing and media strategies - Previous experience in media, content creation, or marketing is an advantage but not mandatory.
