We are currently looking to hire the following position in our Lethbridge Forma Steel Satellite Shop Role: Machine Operator Job Type: Full-time Permanent Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Location: Lethbridge Forma Steel Satellite Shop with flexibility to come to Fort Macleod Branch as needed As a Machine Operator, you will play a key role in our production team, ensuring efficient and safe operation of equipment while maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Operate various steel manufacturing equipment such as roll former, shear, brake, and slitter as well as forklift - Perform start-up, cleaning, and shut-down procedures on production equipment. - Complete required checks on equipment and product, documenting accordingly. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, supporting team members in upholding these standards. - Utilize all equipment and operate machinery in a secure and responsible manner. - Perform other production-related tasks as required. - Provide a positive customer experience when loading customer orders. - Complete inventory responsibilities such as packing and fulfilling orders, ordering inventory and transferring material, ensuring quality of inventory.
