Automotive Service Assistant (Lethbridge)

We are expanding our operations, and we require an additional customer-focused Service Assistant to join our energetic team! We are looking for the right individual who: · Has an Alberta Driver’s License · Has the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing · Has a general knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle mechanical operations · Can provide exceptional customer service · Has excellent time management skills · Can work well under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing and high-volume environment Your duties include: · Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with customers · Help the Service Department book vehicles into our other vendors for repair work. (e.g., windshield, bodywork, and etc.) · Aid in answering customer calls and establishing follow-ups with appointments · Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources as required · Assist other staff when needed · Support shuttle service · Picking up & delivering customer vehicles · Maintains a professional appearance · Performs other duties as assigned Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM: 8 hours a day. NO Weekends and NO Stat Holidays. Having Service Assistant experience is an asset but not required - we will train you to be successful in this role!
