Experience in SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE is preferred. A DAY IN THE LIFE Greet and guide customers through the service process with confidence and care. - Sell recommended work to clients to meet daily targets - Translate technician notes into clear, honest, easy-to-understand recommendations. - Communicate proactively - customers should never need to call us for updates. - Track parts and repairs, verify quality, and ensure on-time delivery. - Work side-by-side with your technicians to help set and exceed shop goals as a team. YOUR GROWTH PATH We believe in structured growth - not guesswork. We have a proven development plan to help you succeed in this role: - Junior Service Advisor: Focus on mastering phones, scheduling, customer follow-up, and inspection review processes. You’ll receive one-on-one coaching to build strong communication habits and product knowledge. - Full Service Advisor: You’ll be able to consistently meet KPI targets (ARO, close rate, CSI, and GP%) and handle a full customer load. You’ll become a trusted, reliable partner for both technicians and management. - Senior / Lead Service Advisor: With time, you’ll be able to coach other advisors, manage daily workflow, and drive team metrics. You’ll be a key communication bridge between technicians, management, and customers. - Manager Track: With strategic support, you’ll have the potential to expand into leadership with input into pay plans, shop organization, and operational strategy.
