Responsibilities: Lead and Supervise a crew in all Aspects of Tree Care Operations: Including Pruning, Removals, Planting, and Maintenance Ensure all work is Performed Safely and in Compliance with Industry Standards and Company PoliciesOperate and Oversee the use of Equipment such as Chainsaws, Chippers, Aerial lifts, and Rigging systems Train and Mentor Crew Members to improve Skills and Performance Communicate Effectively with Clients and Provide Excellent Customer Service Conduct Job Site Assessments and Plan Daily Work ActivitiesMaintain Accurate Records of Work Performed and Report to Management Requirements: ISA Certified or Relevant Experience Leadership Ability with a Positive Attitude Experience Driving and Operating a Bucket Truck, Chipper, Skid Steer and Chain Saws Mechanically Inclined with ability to Troubleshoot Equipment IssuesPhysically Capable of Lifting 50 lbs Class 5 Driver’s License with Clean Driving Record High Attention to Detail and Quality of Work Team Player with ability to Maintain Composure under Stressful situations Professional Communication and Interpersonal skills Self Motivated, Organized and ReliableWe Offer: $35-40hour Based on Experience Stable, Year-Round, Long-term Employment Positive, Team based Work Environment Travel Requirements in the Southern Alberta area Hire Standard is recruiting on behalf of Dandyman Tree Service: Please apply online are hire-standard.com or email resume to
