Arborist Team Leader at Dandyman Tree Service, International Border Region (Cardston)

Lead a dedicated team as an Arborist at Dandyman Tree Service in Southern Alberta. Your expertise will ensure safe, high-quality tree care and excellent client service.

In this role, you will guide tree care operations, including pruning and removals, while supervising crew members. Compliance with safety standards will be a priority, as will mentoring crew to enhance their performance. Effective communication with clients and job site planning will ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:• Oversee crew during tree care operations • Ensure work adheres to safety standards • Operate chainsaws, chippers, and other equipment • Train and mentor team members effectively • Maintain records and report work activities

Requirements:• ISA Certification or significant Arborist experience • Strong leadership abilities and positive demeanor • Experience with bucket trucks and mechanical troubleshooting • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record • Physically able to lift 50 lbs
