Field Painter Perfect for anyone who enjoys physical work, fresh air, and seeing the tangible results of their labor. You will handle interior and exterior painting projects. Because we work on various job sites, comfort working on ladders and at heights is absolutely mandatory. 1. Crew Leader Ready to take ownership? This role combines hands-on painting with real-world management experience. You will oversee site safety, handle client communication, train incoming painters, and keep production on schedule.
