Join Crohn’s and Colitis Canada as a volunteer for Gutsy Walk! Contribute your time to create a memorable experience for participants on the first Sunday of June. As a Gutsy Walk volunteer, you will take part in Crohn’s and Colitis Canada's signature national fundraising event. Your role will be to ensure a smooth check-in process while engaging warmly with participants. This position will require you to greet walk participants, verify pledge forms, and assist with donations on event day. Key Responsibilities: - Comply with volunteer policies and the Code of Conduct - Sign in at the Volunteer/Operations Booth prior to the event - Participate in pre-event and day-of training sessions - Welcome walk participants and manage check-in efficiently - Collect and balance pledge forms and donations Requirements: - Enthusiasm for Crohn's and Colitis Canada’s mission - Team-oriented approach while volunteering - Attendance at required training sessions - Positive and friendly for participant engagement - Commitment of 3-5 hours on event day Make your mark by volunteering at Gutsy Walk!
