Aligned with Recovery Alberta, this role provides client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally safe services that promote recovery, stability, and improved quality of life. The Social Worker II supports clients across the continuum of care through psychosocial assessment, case management, harm reduction, and connection to community resources. Working as part of an interdisciplinary team, the Social Worker collaborates with physicians, nurses, addiction counselors, and community partners to address complex social determinants of health, including housing, mental health, and income supports. Description: As a Social Worker II, you will be a member of an inter-disciplinary team and provides a range of social work services to patients and their families. Additional Required Qualifications: Minimum one (1) year experience in an Addiction and Mental Health setting, with demonstrated application of trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and harm reduction approaches. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working within an Opioid Dependency Clinic or providing Opioid Agonist Therapy (OAT) supports.
