Service Writer (Lethbridge)

Service Writer Duties: - Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them - Schedule appointments and manage service requests - Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs - Provide estimates for services and obtain customer approval - Process payments and handle cash transactions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Experience: - Previous experience in a Heavy Truck service role is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications If you enjoy working in a quick-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service, and have a passion for the automotive industry, we would love to hear from you!
