Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent/ Night Audit to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless check-in and check-out and night audit processes. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and assist with the check-in process. Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using hotel management software. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience. Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a welcoming workplace. Handle night audit shift at the hotel. Making sure all the security procedures are followed. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience in a front desk or hotel environment is preferred. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests. Proficient in using phone systems and maintaining professional phone etiquette. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. A keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the role. A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding guest experiences.
