Shape inclusive classrooms as a Full-Time Inclusive Education Lead Teacher at St. Basil Catholic Education Centre starting the 2026/2027 school year. Collaborate with educators to enhance student learning experiences. This probationary full time role is focused on empowering Inclusive Education Leads to implement effective teaching strategies. You will act as a vital link between classroom instruction and student needs, delivering professional development while ensuring access to tailored educational resources. Key Responsibilities: - Empower Inclusive Education Leads to implement 'push-in' service models - Guide teachers on differentiated instruction and classroom management - Coordinate training for teachers in specialized equipment usage - Support instructional design based on Universal Design for Learning (UDL) - Design professional learning opportunities focused on inclusive practices Requirements: - Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) required - Proven experience in Inclusive Education methodologies - Participation in the Catholic faith is an asset - Previous teaching leadership experience preferred - SIVA and Level B/C Assessment training considered a plus Lead impactful changes in inclusive education for all learners at St. Basil Catholic Education Centre.
