Experienced Roofer (Lethbridge)

We are hiring experienced, dependable roofers to join our team. This position is ideal for skilled roofers who take pride in their work and are interested in advancing into a Lead Hand or Foreman role as opportunities arise. Job Description As an Experienced Roofer, you will be a key member of our crew, responsible for installing and repairing residential roofing systems. Strong performers may be considered for leadership responsibilities over time. Responsibilities - Installing asphalt shingles and roofing systems - Tearing off existing roofing down to sheathing - Loading and unloading roofing materials - Maintaining clean, safe, and efficient job sites - Working collaboratively with crew members - Supporting job productivity and quality standards What We’re Looking For - Minimum 3 years of roofing experience (required) - Solid work ethic with proven reliability and punctuality - Understanding that roofing work is weather-dependent, and flexibility may be required to take advantage of workable days and hours - Ability to reliably commute to the shop in Lethbridge, AB - Valid driver’s license is a considerable asset. Transportation to job sites is provided, however applicants must be able to get to and from the shop on time each day.
