Commercial Cleaner (Lethbridge)

Job Description We are seeking motivated and dependable Commercial Cleaners to join our Lethbridge team. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in commercial facilities such as offices, retail spaces, shared environments, apartments units and common apartment areas This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy creating clean, organized spaces. Key Responsibilities - Perform routine cleaning of commercial facilities and apartments units - Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces - Clean and disinfect washrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, fixtures) - Empty garbage and recycling bins - Clean windows, glass partitions, and touchpoints - Restock supplies (paper towels, soap, tissue) - Follow company cleaning checklists and safety procedures - Report maintenance issues or damages to supervisors Requirements - Previous commercial cleaning experience is an asset (not mandatory) - Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods - Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude - Ability to digital documentation - Must be legally eligible to work in Canada What We Offer - Competitive hourly pay - Flexible shifts (day, evening, or weekend opportunities) - Training and growth opportunities within the company - Supportive team environment - Opportunity to grow with a developing Alberta-based company. - WCB insurance Work Schedule - Day shifts / Evening shifts available - Weekdays and/or weekends - Flexible scheduling based on availability Work Location Lethbridge, AB (multiple commercial sites) and nearby towns How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed or send your resume to: Why Join Dabim?
