Senior Applications Engineer (Lethbridge)

Senior Applications Engineer We are seeking a highly motivated and client focused individual to join our team. This role is crucial to maintaining our high standards, while ensuring our business continues to expand and progress. Responsibilities - Develop deep expertise in our specialized products and services in our niche market. - Serve as the primary technical resource for interactions with clients regarding utilization and customization of our products. - Evaluate site hydraulic conditions and site constraints to determine appropriate system configurations. - Prepare and review technical quotations and kickoff project documentation based on customer needs. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. - Provide exemplary customer service to support strategic growth initiatives. - Represent the company with onsite customer support, industry conferences and technical events. - Travel throughout Canada and the United States (Passport required). Requirements - Engineering experience in open channel hydraulics and water conveyance systems. - Solid ability to grasp engineering concepts specific to the water resource management industry. - Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to collect the information required to understand the clients’ needs and communicate this to the internal project teams. - Self‑motivated with a professional and positive attitude. - High attention to detail, organization and time management skills. - High integrity and ability to build trust. - Strong computer proficiency with willingness to learn recent programs. - Valid Class 5 license and reliable vehicle to use for work. - Ability to drive and walk in rural and outdoor elements and conditions including construction sites.
