Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Construction Worker to join our team. This role involves hands-on participation in various construction projects, including site preparation, building, and maintenance. Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, including clearing and leveling ground Perform paving tasks and other surface finishing activities Carry out general construction duties such as framing, concrete pouring, and material handling Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure work workplace for all team members Load and unload construction materials and tools as needed Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to specifications Maintain a clean and organized work site to promote safety and productivity Skills Experience or familiarity with heavy equipment operation is preferred but not required; training will be provided Knowledge of paving techniques and general construction processes is advantageous Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong attention to safety procedures and protocols Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment Reliable work ethic with a focus on quality workmanship This position is ideal for individuals eager to build a career in construction with opportunities for skill development in various trades.
