Customer Service Representative at Nutrien, International Border Region (Cardston)

Deliver exceptional customer care with Nutrien as a Customer Service Representative. Manage inquiries and support branch operations while ensuring accurate financial transactions.

In this role reporting to the Branch Manager, your primary responsibilities include responding to customer questions, marketing credit products, and assisting the branch team. You will monitor accounts receivable, reconcile payments, and ensure documentation accuracy while maintaining confidentiality for all office records.

Key Responsibilities:• Monitor accounts receivable and payable under management direction • Reconcile daily cheque and credit card payments accurately • Generate Daily Reports, including the End of Day Report • Maintain confidential records and files of transactions • Assist with inventory control and supply shipments

Requirements:• Minimum 1 year customer service experience • Knowledge of accounts receivable and payable • Strong organizational skills and self-motivation • Valid Canadian driver’s license required • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SAP is an asset
