Become the welcoming face at the Heritage Inn Hotel&Convention Centre in Pincher Creek, Alberta. As a Front Desk Agent, you will manage guest check-ins, inquiries, and service excellence.
The Heritage Inn is searching for a dedicated Front Desk Agent to oversee room assignments and ensure welcoming stays for all guests. This role includes maintaining reservations, answering questions about hotel services, and providing local community information. You will also address guest concerns and ensure smooth check-out procedures with accurate record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:• Maintain inventory of vacancies and room assignments • Register guests upon arrival and assign rooms • Answer questions about hotel services and local area • Respond to guest concerns and resolve issues promptly • Compile daily records and manage guest accounts
Requirements:• Strong customer service and communication skills • Detail-oriented with record-keeping abilities • Ability to handle guest inquiries and issues • Experience with computerized systems preferred • Full time or part time availability required
