Building Operator with ATCO Frontec (Lethbridge)

Join ATCO Frontec as a Building Operator, utilizing your ABSA Class 5 or Class 4 Power Engineering skills in Lethbridge/Medicine Hat. Perform hands-on maintenance while ensuring building compliance and system efficiency. We are seeking a mechanically inclined individual to perform inspections, predictive and corrective maintenance. Responsibilities include plumbing repairs, HVAC system checks, and minor electrical tasks. This role requires working shifts on a rotational schedule and after-hours coverage, supported by provided tools and uniforms. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct hands-on building inspections and maintenance - Maintain HVAC systems and change set points via BMS - Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs - Execute routine handyman duties like touch-ups and painting - Ensure compliance with building codes and maintenance schedules Requirements: - Minimum ABSA Class 5 Power Engineering certification - Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract - Experience with automated systems and repair tasks - Ability to obtain Government Security Clearance - Excellent communication and customer service skills Leverage your handyman skills and work with ATCO Frontec to ensure productive building operations.
