We are looking for a highly capable Senior Developer / Dev Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on technical leader with solid AWS cloud‑native development experience, distributed systems expertise, and the ability to quickly gain deep knowledge of existing enterprise systems. Remote. Will be required 2-3 times per year in office in GTA. Responsibilities

At least 10 plus years of experience working as a Senior Developer / Technical Lead Lead and contribute to the design, development, and support of cloud‑native enterprise applications. Quickly understand existing architecture, integrations, workflows, and business processes within the ESD platform. Work closely with architects, business analysts, QA, and operations teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions. Support and enhance systems built on AWS cloud technologies and distributed event‑driven architectures. Troubleshoot complex production and integration issues across multiple systems. Drive technical excellence, coding standards, best practices, and system stability. Mentor intermediate and junior developers and encourage cooperative development practices. Promote proper documentation, knowledge sharing, and reduction of dependency on individual contributors. Participate in architecture discussions, technical solutioning, code reviews, and release planning. Support CI/CD, deployment automation, monitoring, and operational improvements. Help modernize and optimize existing applications, workflows, and data processing pipelines.
