Job Description We are a leading footwear retailer offering a wide range of athletic, fashion, and casual shoes. We are seeking a Sales Lead who is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Ace Retail Operations:
Know the ins-and-outs of your store like the back of your hand and ensure it runs smoothly—from pricing to inventory. Handle opening and closing, keep the space clean and organized, and keep all styles easily shoppable.

Maintain high standards by adhering to company policies and using team resources to accomplish tasks efficiently.
Be a Famous Culture Influencer:
Champion the Famous culture by embodying behaviors that power our Customer Connection, consistently delivering top-notch customer experiences.

Essential Functions Other responsibilities may be performed as needed to meet business needs.

Preferred Qualifications&Education
High School Diploma or GED.
Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
Experience leading teams and motivating others toward shared goals.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate direction set by management.
Skill in mentoring and training associates on selling and operational processes.
Flexible schedule availability, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
Basic computer skills.
Physical Requirements and/or Environment
Regularly lift up to 40 lbs from floor to above shoulder height using proper equipment.
Perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
Maintain mobility on the sales floor for extended periods.
Understand general retail practices needed to keep operations smooth.
Team player with enthusiasm to encourage associates and achieve goals.
Manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude and communicate the manager’s plan.
Mentor and train associates on selling and operational processes.
Work flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
