Description: The Business Architecture Advisor for the Claims System Modernization translates business strategy into solutions while integrating the needs of the business lines. The advisor ensures synergy and consistency between these solutions and the other dimensions of enterprise architecture. The advisor will work with the team on the target solution based on the business sector’s vision and propose solutions that align with business priorities. Required Knowledge and Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience in business architecture, including in property & casualty insurance Hands-on experience in claims/indemnity Experience working on large-scale projects/programs Proven experience leading architecture initiatives independently and in leadership roles Experience facilitating and leading workshops with executives Robust executive-level communication and writing skills in an influential role Knowledge of the Guidewire/Claims ecosystem Experience as a business architect on large projects involving integration of multiple systems This person will also work on initiatives involving integrations with Policy, Billing, Finance, Customer, etc. Knowledge of the insurance and claims industry Ability to write business needs and business requirements Ability to write business architecture documentation Ability to support business analysts by coaching them on writing business requirements, validating analysis documents, and providing direction Ability to prepare positioning papers and present them to project committees Bilingual French/English Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2opuka
