How to thrive in this role? - You have an engineering degree or a related technical qualification. - You have 2–5 years of experience in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline. - You are organized, recognized for your leadership, and able to mobilize diverse work teams. - You are an excellent communicator who interacts easily with others. - You are proficient in AutoCAD (2D) and Inventor (3D) software. - You adopt best practices in project management. - You are able to work under pressure and meet your commitments. - You are bilingual and demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills. - You can work with minimal supervision. - You demonstrate strong negotiation, analysis, and problem‑solving skills. - You show initiative, care about doing high‑quality work, and make customer satisfaction a priority.
