What You’ll Do - Teach swimmers of all ages using our structured and easy-to-follow curriculum - Create a safe, fun, and encouraging learning environment - Help swimmers build confidence and reach new milestones - Communicate progress with parents in a positive, professional way - Maintain a clean and organized pool deck - Attend paid training and career development workshops What We Offer - Competitive pay: $19–$22/hour based on experience - Small class sizes: (less stress, more connection majority of classes are private and semi-private) - Paid training & ongoing mentorship - Clear pathways for career growth (Senior Instructor, Head Instructor, Aquatic Coordinator) - Flexible schedules – evenings and weekends available - Supportive, positive team culture What We’re Looking For - Strong swimmers - we love working with former competitive swimmers! - Great with kids and families - Positive attitude, patience, and professionalism - Reliable and punctual - Valid National Lifeguard and Standard First Aid & CPR-C Why Aqua Life?
