Description
Joining us as a Customer Service Technician means applying your exceptional team spirit, customer‑focused mindset, and communication skills to make a real impact. As a Customer Service Technician, you will be responsible for managing your assigned territory as the main customer point of contact, collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver productive service, and contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes. On a daily basis, you will: - Take ownership of your territory as the internal customer contact. - Receive, handle, and redirect incoming customer calls. - Enter orders and quotes into the ERP system. - Provide high‑quality customer service by responding to inquiries and basic product‑related questions. - Work closely with the sales team to ensure efficient and seamless service. - Collaborate with all internal departments to meet customer needs. - Provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth departmental operations. - Actively participate in initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and internal processes. You’re the person we’re looking for if you have: - A diploma in administration, secretarial studies, human sciences, or a related field. - Are bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written, to interact with various stakeholders. (A MUST) - Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset. - Courtesy, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent priority management.
