Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Community-Based Behavioral Health Innovation&Workforce Development Organization: Voice Up Location: California (Hybrid / Remote with community engagement) Status: Part-Time Scalable to Full-Time (Phased Growth) About the Role This is not a traditional clinical role. The LCSW will serve as a Clinical Supervisor and System Builder within an innovative, community-rooted behavioral health model that integrates:Community Health Workers (CHWs) Peer-based support systems (Ally Talks) Digital navigation tools (Ally Health Compass) Purpose-driven workforce development (Voice Up model) This role is designed for clinicians who want to expand access to care upstream, focusing on prevention, engagement, and community-based support.Position Purpose To provide clinical oversight, supervision, and ethical guidance for a growing workforce of Community Health Workers and trainees delivering nonclinical behavioral health services across underserved communities.
