Job details - Location Harcourt , ON K0L 1X0 - Salary 37.00 hourly / 37 hours per week - Terms of employment Permanent employment Full time - Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 5 years or more Work setting Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. - Willing to relocate Responsibilities - Implement recent administrative procedures - Review and evaluate new administrative procedures - Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met - Carry out administrative activities of establishment - Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation - Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls - Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence - Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures - Plan and control budget and expenditures Computer and technology knowledge - Spreadsheet - MS Excel - MS Office - MS Outlook - MS PowerPoint - MS Word Work conditions and physical capabilities - Ability to work independently - Fast-paced environment - Work under pressure Other benefits - On-site housing options - Team building opportunities - Wellness program Who can apply for this job?
