Customer Experience & Communications Coordinator Barndo & Co. – Fenelon Falls, ON Full-Time | In-Office | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM $25/hour Barndo & Co. is one of the world’s fastest-growing barndominium-focused companies, with active projects across Canada, the United States, and Australia. We specialize in custom residential, commercial, agricultural, and equestrian barndominium projects and are continuing to expand rapidly. We are currently looking for a Customer Experience & Communications Coordinator to join our growing global team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly professional, organized, socially confident, and passionate about customer experience, residential construction, and custom homes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys speaking with people throughout the day, and can confidently guide clients through the early stages of the building process while managing multiple communication channels simultaneously. Responsibilities - Answer incoming client calls and inquiries - Manage social media messages and communications - Assist new leads through the process - Help educate clients on the Barndo & Co. process and services - Coordinate and maintain professional communication across multiple platforms - Support the continued growth of one of the leading barndominium companies in the industry - Work collaboratively with the Barndo & Co. team in-office Monday–Friday - Assist with the day-to-day coordination and organization of the office environment - Support the leadership team with general administrative and operational tasks - Help maintain a professional, efficient, and welcoming office atmosphere - Coordinate occasional team support tasks, errands, and office-related requests as needed - Contribute to the overall flow and functionality of daily office operations Qualifications: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Professional and confident phone presence - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Understanding of residential construction and custom home building is considered a major asset - Experience with customer service, sales coordination, or client communications is preferred - Social media communication experience is an asset What We Offer: - $20-$30/hour starting wage - Opportunity for advancement within a rapidly growing company - Exciting, fast-paced work environment - Exposure to high-end custom residential and commercial projects worldwide - Opportunity to be part of a unique and innovative global brand If you believe you would be a strong fit for this role, please send your resume along with a short introduction explaining why you would be a great addition to our team.
