Shape outdoor experiences as the Operations Manager at Kinark Outdoor Centre. Oversee facility operations, ensure compliance, and lead a team dedicated to safety and quality. As the Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the Kinark Outdoor Centre's mission of providing inclusive and safe programming for children and youth. Reporting to the Program Director, your responsibilities include supervising operational staff, managing maintenance schedules, and collaborating with program teams. Your leadership will ensure a safe setting while meeting the needs of diverse populations, particularly those with complex challenges.
