As a Server at Aspira Kawartha Lakes, you will fulfill a critical role in resident care by assisting with meal services and maintaining a welcoming dining atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:• Execute dining service using Ready, Set, Serve protocols • Aid chefs in food preparation and presentation tasks • Uphold cleanliness and sanitation across dining operations • Manage service sales for a la carte and wine efficiently • Participate in safety drills and training workshops

Requirements:• Smart Serve or Serve It Right certification mandatory • At least 1 year of relevant dining experience required • Safe Food Handling Certification is preferred • Experience working with elderly individuals is beneficial • Strong interpersonal skills in English communication required
