Key Responsibilities:• Manage and oversee the home's IPAC program • Lead IPAC education for staff and residents • Audit practices and analyze audit scores • Conduct infectious disease surveillance documentation • Participate in outbreak response teams

Requirements:• IPAC education and relevant experience required • Current certification in infection control • Minimum three years in a managerial role • Strong leadership and communication skills • Computer proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
