What you’ll do: - Serve as the primary point of contact for WSC Sports’ Americas‑based clients, acting as a strategic advisor from implementation through the entire lifecycle. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product, operations, and technical teams to ensure we are delivering on our clients’ business outcomes. - Lead Business Reviews to demonstrate the tangible value and ROI the client derives from our platform. - Extract and analyze data to generate insightful reports that inform client strategy. - Develop and share best practices for leveraging our platform to drive audience growth and digital engagement. - Partner with Business Development to create strategic customer plans, focusing on mitigating risk and securing renewals. - Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts to contribute to company growth targets. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2nou9u
