Key Responsibilities: Create evidence-informed care plans for patient rehabilitation Work in a multidisciplinary team to optimize care outcomes Utilize digital communication and e-charting tools Mentor and assist junior staff as assigned Educate families on strategies for effective recovery Requirements: Active provincial regulatory college license in good standing 1–2+ years of experience in an outpatient setting preferred Solid conversational abilities and patient-first approach Willingness to engage in team-driven success Ability to adapt and thrive in team-oriented environments Make a meaningful difference in patients' lives as a Lifemark Physiotherapist.
