In your role as Chef de Rang within the Food&Beverage team, you will ensure satisfied guests across various dining areas: restaurant, bar, lounge, and sundeck. Responsibilities include managing the Wait Order System, executing food and beverage events, and upholding cleanliness in all service areas per HACCP standards. You will also take part in training programs to refine your hospitality skills.
