As a key member of the team, you will work directly with farmer customers, ensuring a seamless experience throughout contracting and sales processes. This role requires a proactive approach in monitoring competitors and providing actionable insights to management, all while maintaining thorough records and compliance with contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:• Develop relationships with targeted farmer clients • Enhance customer retention through quality service • Track and analyze competitors’ pricing and offerings • Ensure adherence to contract terms by customers • Conduct timely reporting for management review
Requirements:• Post-secondary education in Agriculture or similar • Minimum of 3 years business experience is essential • Understanding of grain buying is a plus • Proficient in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is beneficial
