What You’ll Need

Minimum five years of Chef experience with a strong catering background and three years of leadership experience

Experience managing high-volume catering projects and preparing large quantities of meals

Creativity in applying current food trends and presentations

Passion for quality and customer service

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally between sites

Ability to travel within Canada

Compliance with Health&Safety policies, HACCP, WHMIS, and workplace inspections
