We hire dedicated professionals who value safety, quality, collaboration, and career growth. Role Summary PTW is seeking a Branch Administrator to join our team in Lloydminster, AB. This role supports branch operations through administrative coordination, accounting support, payroll processing, and project documentation management in a fast-paced industrial environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Manage a variety of branch and site-specific documentation, correspondence, and administrative requirements Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner Perform project and branch accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, monthly reconciliations, month-end processes, and general accounting support Process timesheets, payroll updates, and related payroll issues daily Prepare shipping, courier, and project-related documentation Coordinate receipt and processing of submittals from subcontractors and vendors Maintain office organization, supplies, equipment, and overall branch administrative support Support branch operations while ensuring compliance with company safety standards and procedures Qualifications / Requirements 3+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role Basic knowledge of general accounting principles Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) Previous experience in construction, industrial, or oil & gas environments is considered an asset Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team Reliable transportation and ability to work locally in Lloydminster, AB Ability to perform duties in a safety-conscious manner Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Full-time, permanent position Monday to Friday schedule with a 40-hour work week Opportunities for learning, development, and career advancement Quarterly Employee Appreciation Awards Safety Rewards Programs Collaborative and inclusive work environment Comprehensive benefits package Why Work at PTW Stable and growing company with long-term opportunities Safety-first culture with a solid commitment to employee wellbeing Supportive team environment built on Care, Excellence, and Passion Career progression opportunities and ongoing skill development Local position with minimal travel requirements Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pk7lq
