Primary Care Paramedic - EMS Role, Wainwright Region (Tofield)

As a Primary Care Paramedic (PCP), you will be responsible for assessing emergency situations and patients while ensuring safe transport from emergency scenes or between facilities. This role involves operating ambulances and administering minor medications or basic life support. You'll lead the Basic Life Support crew during patient transports and contribute to the readiness of the EMS vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:• Assess emergency scenes and deliver patient care • Transport ill or injured patients promptly • Operate ambulances or other transportation modes • Administer BLS airway adjuncts and basic medications • Ensure EMS vehicles are properly stocked and equipped

Requirements:• Registration in good standing with Alberta College of Paramedics • Current BCLS CPR certification • Valid class 4 Alberta Operator License or equivalent • Maintain a clean five-year driver abstract • Proof of passing F.A.R.E. test required
