We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay. Key Responsibilities: Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure. Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and handle reservations in a courteous and knowledgeable manner. Assist guests with requests, complaints, and general information to ensure a pleasant and seamless experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and lobby area. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies. Provide guests with information on hotel amenities, services, local attractions, and dining options. Work collaboratively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Qualifications: Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role preferred. Proficient in basic computer applications; experience with hotel management software is a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain calm under pressure. Skilled appearance and demeanor.
